My coaching work is grounded in empathy, intuition, and spiritual guidance. As a certified life coach and psychic intuitive, I tune into your words, body language, and energy to reflect back the deeper patterns you may not even realize are running the show.

Somatic Healing & Bodywork

With over 16 years of experience in clinical massage therapy and pain management, I offer trauma-informed bodywork that supports not only the physical body but the emotional body as well. Whether you’re dealing with chronic pain, tension, or fatigue, my sessions are designed to bring relief while also helping you listen to what your body is trying to say.

This work is particularly powerful when paired with coaching, as it allows you to process and release on all levels—mind, body, and spirit.
